Welcome to my website offering my remote administrative services. By using my services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms ensure a clear and seamless working relationship.

 

1. Services

 

I provide virtual assistant (VA) services to executives, entrepreneurs, and corporations. Services include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Executive assistance (inbox, calendar & admin)

  • Travel & lifestyle coordination

  • Project & business support

  • Confidential client & personal assistance

  • Bookkeeping

Services are tailored to each client’s needs, but I do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

2. Service Packages & Payments

 

  • Packages: Services are available in hourly packages (10, 20, or 40 hours).

  • Validity: Hours must be used within the specified number of days of purchase. Unused hours do not roll over.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment is required in advance via [Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer].

  • Currency: Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and USD ($). Any currency conversion fees are the client’s responsibility.

 

Custom Retainers: Bespoke service arrangements are available upon request and require a separate agreement.

Formal contract: Upon agreeing to work together, a detailed legally binding contract will be provided outlining the scope of services, payment terms, and other relevant conditions. The contract must be signed by both parties before any work begins.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Prepaid packages are non-refundable, but you may request rescheduling of unused hours (subject to availability).

  • Rescheduling Services: If you need to reschedule a task, 24 hours’ notice is required.

  • Business-Initiated Cancellations: In rare cases where I must cancel services (e.g., unforeseen circumstances), a credit or refund for unused hours will be provided.

 

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

 

  • Confidentiality: All client information is handled with the utmost discretion.

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs): Available upon request.

  • ICO Compliance: I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), ensuring full UK GDPR compliance.

 

I do not sell or share client information.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

To ensure a seamless workflow, you agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.

  • Maintain clear and respectful communication.

 

If delays occur due to a lack of information, this may impact service delivery but will not affect payment obligations.

 

6. Liability & Indemnity

 

I strive for excellence, but do not accept liability for any indirect losses resulting from our services (e.g., missed business opportunities).

You are responsible for reviewing and approving work before submission.

Any third-party fees (e.g., travel bookings, purchases made on your behalf) remain your responsibility.

 

7. Termination of Services

 

Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice. Prepaid hours remain non-refundable but may be used within the agreed timeframe.

 

8. Governing Law

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of United Kingdom.
